If you’re a pumpkin pie lover but haven’t mastered the art of baking yet, you’ll love my take on this Thanksgiving sweet! I tried making pumpkin pie cups for the first time this year, after spotting some inspiration on Pinterest. After several takes at combining different ingredients, I’m ready to share the recipe with you!
Watch the video above for how to make this treat on Thanksgiving this year. It’s the perfect fall treat and presents really well on the desserts table. Feel free to get creative with your own take on it! You can also add coconut flakes or even white chocolate!
INGREDIENTS // 1/4 C brown sugar | 8 OZ cream cheese | 1 1/4 C pumpkin purée | 1 TBSP vanilla | 1 TSP pumpkin spice | 1 TSP cinnamon | 1 C mini chocolate chips | 1 C crushed graham cracker | 2 C whipped cream
Note: To make your own whipped cream, simply combine 1 container of heavy whipping cream and two tablespoons of vanilla extract in a bowl. Blend well until creamy.
